Take-Home Rapid Antigen Test Availability

Take-home rapid antigen tests will be available to all students, faculty, and staff for pick up at test pick-up locations starting Friday, March 25 as supply allows. You are encouraged to use these antigen tests at your discretion.

  • If you receive a positive result from your take-home rapid antigen test, you should begin isolating immediately. Employees should report their positive test results to Axiom by calling 833-408-1338.

  • If you receive a negative result from your take-home rapid antigen test, you do not need to report your results.

If you receive conflicting rapid antigen and PCR test results, please consult Dartmouth’s instructions for next steps. For questions on take-home testing, reference Dartmouth’s Frequently Asked Questions on Take-Home Testing.

Booster Clinic

Dartmouth will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination and booster clinic on Wednesday, March 30 from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. at Alumni Hall in the Hopkins Center. If you are eligible for the booster and have not received one yet, we strongly recommend you receive it at this clinic.

To register for the clinic, visit the Axiom Medical Vaccine Vault Portal. (If you have previously attended an Axiom-managed clinic, please log in on Axiom’s website and follow the instructions to register.)

  • Individuals who received a WHO-EUL initial vaccination must receive the Pfizer booster shot.

  • On the day of the clinic, please bring your initial COVID-19 vaccination card with you to document your booster shot.

  • If you experience issues registering for the clinic, please visit Axiom’s how to register page.

  • Once you receive your booster, please submit your record to the vaccine tracker form.

Every participant must be registered online in order to receive a vaccination. Walk-ins will be accepted at the clinic, though please expect the registration and vaccination process to take about 30 minutes longer if you do not pre-register.

Thank you for your attention to these instructions. We look forward to a great spring!

Sincerely,
The COVID-19 Response Team
