Vaccines, Tests and Masks

Dartmouth is providing resources and support to help promote a healthy community. Please email chief.health.and.wellness.officer@dartmouth.edu with questions about COVID-19 guidance and resources.

Vaccines

Dartmouth strongly recommends that all members of the Dartmouth community stay up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines according to guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For information on vaccine eligibility, review CDC guidance and talk to your health-care provider. Students can contact the Dartmouth College Health Service.

To find a COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S., search vaccines.gov or call 1-800-232-0233 (TTY 888-720-7489). Information is also available through the New Hampshire and Vermont state health departments and through area pharmacies and health-care providers.

For students, the Dartmouth College Health Service can help with accessing free COVID-19 vaccines.

For faculty and staff, the Dartmouth College Benefits Office confirmed that COVID-19 vaccines are covered in full through Dartmouth’s health insurance. The Dick's House Pharmacy has COVID-19 (and flu) vaccines available, with no appointment required, during their business hours. Vaccines at the pharmacy will be covered by Dartmouth insurance.

For information on flu vaccines, the Dartmouth College Health Service provides flu vaccine resources for students and the Wellness office provides flu vaccine resources for faculty and staff.

Tests and Masks

Students, faculty, and staff can pick up COVID-19 tests and face masks at locations around campus. Read our March 26 community message for information on disposing of any COVID-19 tests picked up before March 27.

COVID-19 tests and masks are also available through health-care providers and local pharmacies and through resources provided by the New Hampshire and Vermont state health departments.
