To all faculty, students, and staff,

As announced in our community message on May 26, Dartmouth is shifting to a COVID-19 testing approach that leverages the speed and accessibility of take-home rapid antigen tests. We write to remind you of the changes to Dartmouth’s testing program beginning this Friday:

June 7 through June 9: All testing and pick-up locations are open regular hours.

June 10: Last day for employees to access take-home and in-person PCR tests. 

  • Take-home PCR drop-off locations are open until 2:30 p.m. Overnight access to a drop-off box will depend on whether or not the building stays open.

  • In-person PCR testing and label pick-up is available at West Gym from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • In-person PCR testing is available in the Borwell conference room 381 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Take-home rapid antigen tests and face masks are available at designated pick-up locations.

  • In-person antigen testing for people who have symptoms or are in isolation: Students can test at the testing trailer in the Maynard parking lot (11 Rope Ferry Rd.) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Faculty and staff should contact Axiom Medical at 833-408-1338 to schedule a test.

June 11: Last day for students to access take-home and in-person PCR tests.

  • Students can take a PCR test in-person or drop off a take-home PCR test at Billings Lee (11 Rope Ferry Road) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Take-home rapid antigen tests and face masks are available at designated pick-up locations.

  • In-person antigen testing for people who have symptoms or are in isolation: Students can test at the testing trailer in the Maynard parking lot (11 Rope Ferry Rd.) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Faculty and staff should contact Axiom Medical at 833-408-1338 to schedule a test.

June 12: Rapid antigen testing is available.

  • Take-home rapid antigen tests and face masks are available at designated pick-up locations.

  • In-person antigen testing for people who have symptoms or are in isolation: Students can test at the testing trailer in the Maynard parking lot (11 Rope Ferry Rd.) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Faculty and staff should contact Axiom Medical at 833-408-1338 to schedule a test.

June 13: Last day for in-person antigen testing. 

  • Take-home rapid antigen tests and face masks are available at designated pick-up locations.

  • In-person antigen testing for people who have symptoms or are in isolation: Students can test at the testing trailer in the Maynard parking lot (11 Rope Ferry Rd.) from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Faculty and staff should contact Axiom Medical at 833-408-1338 to schedule a test.

June 14 and beyond: Take-home rapid antigen tests and face masks continue to be available at designated pick-up locations.

COVID-19 tests are also available through health care providers and local pharmacies, through resources provided by the New Hampshire andVermont state health departments, and through resources provided by theU.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Please remember that testing is an effective method of limiting the spread of COVID-19. If you are identified as a close contact or think you might have COVID-19 symptoms, test, wear a face mask, and limit close contact with others. 

If you receive a positive test result, isolate immediately and wear a face mask. Students should send a picture of their positive test result to the Dartmouth College Health Service at dicks.house.nurse@dartmouth.eduand employees should contact Axiom Medical at 833-408-1338.
